1 Year Limited Warranty
Our products are covered by a 1 year warranty from the day they were bought, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. This warranty covers all functional aspects of the Product under normal use. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by the Warranty. The warranty applies only to products obtained and purchased from Matics retailers or the Matics official website.
Matics cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of its products. The entire liability of Matics and its suppliers shall be strictly and unequivocally limited to the price you paid for the product. In order to make a warranty claim, you need to have purchased your Matics product through our website or one of our authorized resellers, and you must provide proof of purchase.
How do I make a claim?
Please email our support team at info@sanimatics.com with your order details and a description of the fault or damage. Including photographs of any fault helps significantly in speeding up claims.
Maintenance Service
If repair service is needed, you may be required to send the defective product back to the Matics Repair Center for inspection. Upon determining the issue, Matics will repair or replace the product under the warranty policy. You will be responsible for the shipping fee for returning the product to your address.
OUR WARRANTY POLICY
Our manufacturer’s warranty is not intended to change or limit your rights under the laws of the country in which you purchased the Matics product. Matics does not warrant and is not responsible for any other product or device made by anyone other than Matics.
If a material or workmanship defect arises with respect to any Matics product and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, we will, at our discretion:
(i) repair the Matics product using new or refurbished parts;
(ii) replace the Matics product with a new or refurbished Matics product; or
(iii) refund the purchase price of the defective Matics product.
You may also have other legal rights under applicable local consumer protection laws.
This Limited Warranty does not apply to any third-party software configuration content or links, regardless of whether such content or links are included with the product or downloaded to the product, and whether installed, assembled, shipped, or delivered. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Matics does not guarantee that any product will meet your requirements or that it can be used in combination with any hardware or software applications provided by third parties. Matics also does not guarantee uninterrupted software operation, nor that errors or defects in the software are correctable or will be corrected.
We cannot guarantee that the exact style, color, or product for the claim will be in stock at the time your warranty claim is processed. Should a dispute arise between you and Matics regarding the choice of remedy, the final decision shall be at the sole discretion of Matics. Products covered by this manufacturer’s warranty may not be replaced if production has been discontinued or if materials and parts are no longer available. In such cases, Matics may offer a credit equal to the amount paid for the original product.
Products purchased at a final discounted price due to discontinuation and/or liquidation of inventory on the Matics website or from authorized retailers are sold “as is,” and no returns, replacements, or warranties will be provided.
Except for the limited warranty expressly stated above, or to the extent restricted or prohibited by applicable law, Matics expressly disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including any warranty of quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. You specifically agree that Matics shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages arising from any breach of warranty.
For the avoidance of doubt, this limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, misuse, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions (e.g., dropping the product). The warranty also does not, under any circumstances, cover the replacement or cost of any non-electronic or electronic devices (including but not limited to mobile phones) or personal property inside or outside the Matics product.
Important Statements
All parts or equipment replaced by Matics shall become the property of Matics.
The Matics Repair Center reserves the right to charge a maintenance fee if it is determined that the product is not covered under this limited warranty. Please ensure that you back up or keep written records of all important content and data stored in your product, as such data may be lost or damaged during use, repair, or replacement. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Matics shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from lost or damaged data.
WARRANTY GOVERNING LAW
This Warranty is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. This Warranty does not affect any additional rights you may have under the laws of the jurisdiction where the Product was purchased and governing the sale of consumer goods.
