Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

What exactly happens after ordering?
After you place an order:
You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is successfully completed.
Your order will be prepared and processed by our warehouse.
Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
Your order will then be delivered by the selected courier service.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. An electronic invoice or receipt will be issued after your order is confirmed and sent to your registered email address. You may also download the invoice from your account page if available. If you require a specific invoice format or billing details, please contact customer support shortly after placing your order.

When the order payment is taken of my bank account?
Payment is charged at the time you place your order and the payment is successfully authorized. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the transaction may appear immediately or within a short processing period on your bank statement.
What is wishlist?
A wishlist allows you to save products you are interested in for future reference without adding them to your cart. It helps you easily track favorite items, compare products, and return to them later. Availability and pricing of wishlist items may change over time.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

A brief description of the problem
Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund according to our return and warranty policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Order changes or cancellations are possible only before the order has been shipped. Once an order has entered the shipping process, it can no longer be modified or canceled. If you need to make changes, please contact customer support immediately after placing your order, and we will do our best to assist you.
What is "package tracking" in my orders?
Package tracking allows you to monitor the delivery status of your order. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or in your account order details. You can use this number to check the shipment’s progress, estimated delivery date, and current location through the courier’s tracking system.
